Return Policy for Digital Products and Consulting Services

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not typically offer a refund after the product has been purchased and delivered. However, exceptions can be made under the following circumstances:

1. Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the digital product link from us, due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of the purchase. We will re-send the product link at no further cost.

2. Download and Accessibility Issues: If you have problems that prevent you from downloading the product or accessing the service, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-functionality must be made within 7 days of the product being delivered. If you cannot download or access the product following our troubleshooting steps, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Major Defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our team's assessment. If any deficiency is confirmed and we fail to help within a reasonable time, and no specialized solution can be offered, a refund will be issued, subject to the terms and conditions.

Please note that EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content for a period of fourteen (14) days after the transaction, provided that the downloading or streaming has not begun.

 


Consulting Services

For consulting services, we handle returns and cancellations as follows:

1. Cancellation Before Service Commencement: You may cancel your consulting service order within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours prior to the service commencement may be subject to a cancellation fee as a compensation for the time allocated and resources spent in preparation for the service.

2. Post-Service Discontent: If you are dissatisfied with the consulting service provided, please contact us detailing your dissatisfaction. We will attempt to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of both parties. Refunds in this scenario are discretionary and will depend on the details provided and the terms agreed upon before the start of the consulting session.

Please be advised that once the service is rendered, it is deemed "consumed" and not eligible for a full refund.

 


General Notes

- Refunds are processed promptly but may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account depending on the payment method.
- We reserve the right to modify the terms of the refund and return policy at any time.
